1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using GhanaDataHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (including information and software) on GhanaDataHub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble or reverse compile any software contained on the platform
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
3. Disclaimer
The materials on GhanaDataHub are provided on an 'as is' basis. GhanaDataHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall GhanaDataHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GhanaDataHub, even if GhanaDataHub or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Data Bundle Services
5.1 Service Description: GhanaDataHub provides data bundles for MTN, TELECEL, AT_BIGTIME, and AirtelTigo networks.
5.2 Agent Terms: Agents must be at least 18 years old. A registration fee of GHS 50 is required to become an agent. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
5.3 Service Reliability: While we strive for 99% uptime, GhanaDataHub does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any service disruptions.
5.4 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Agents are notified of significant price changes via email.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Not engage in any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods. All transactions must be completed through our secure payment gateway.
7.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for failed transactions. Data bundles are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.
7.3 Billing: Agents are responsible for all charges incurred on their account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
9. Termination
GhanaDataHub may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana.
11. Modifications to Terms
GhanaDataHub may revise these terms of service for the Site at any time without notice. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
